Maersk's core business grew in the third quarter

Maersk Group's core Ocean segment reports an improved operating profit (EBITDA) in the third quarter of the year, and revenue grew 32 percent for the segment.

Ocean's operating profit reached USD 925 million in the third quarter, up from USD 800 million, while the segment's revenue climbed to USD 7.3 billion from USD 5.5 billion in the same quarter last year, shows the group's interim report published Wednesday.
