Maersk will spend USD 2 billion on becoming CO2 neutral

Maersk has earmarked USD 2-3 billion in the next decade for the company's ambitions to become CO2 neutral by 2050.

Maersk Group will spend USD 2-3 billion over the next ten years on its green transition in an effort to realize its goal of becoming CO2 neutral by 2050, reports Danish business daily Børsen.

The group has already invested USD 1 billion in green transition in the past four years, and the company expects to continue at the same pace in the coming decade.
