Hapag-Lloyd believes in better market in 2019

Hapag-Lloyd has more faith in the global economy than its competitor Maersk and expects solid growth in 2019, according to the annual report for 2018 in which the German liner company reports improved earnings.

German shipping line Hapag-Lloyd has faith in the global economy in 2019, where container shipping is expected to go hand in hand with global trade.

In its annual report for 2018, published Friday, the Hamburg-based liner company announces its expectations for 2019. And as expected, Hapag-Lloyd is somewhat more positive than competitor Maersk, whose optimism is negligible.
