Søren Skou to join Nokia's board of directors

Finnish telecommunications major Nokia has nominated Maersk CEO Søren Skou to its board of directors. The final election decision will be made on May 21 at Nokia's annual general meeting.

Maersk's CEO may be headed to Finnish telecommunications company Nokia's board of directors.

Danish business daily Berlingske reports that Skou has been nominated ahead of Nokia's annual general assembly May 21, according to a press release.
