Maersk kicks off layoffs in several countries

Maersk will again trim the number of employees in its offices in a series of countries. Its headquarters and Hamburg Süd in particular will be hit, ShippingWatch has learned. This happens as part of the group's Fit for Growth efficiency plan.

Maersk has kicked off a round of layoffs that will affect around 200 employees at the company's offices in several countries.
