Three core concepts make up the skilled business leader if one is to ask Søren Skou, chief executive of the world's largest container line, Maersk.

Skou was recently interviewed by Jean-François Manzoni, president of prestigious business school IMD in Switzerland in connection with Skou, as a former MBA student, visiting the school in Lausanne in late July.
