Unifeeder buys shipping and logistics company in India

The Unifeeder group has settled another acquisition. This time an Indian shipping company and logistics operator along with several subsidiaries.

Nine months after buying a feeder company in Singapore, the Unifeeder group has again negotiated and settled an acquisition.

This time the company buys Indian shipping company Transworld Feeders FZCO and logistics company Avana Logistek, both of which are part of Transworld Group, says Unifeeder in a press release.

3i buys AMP out of Esvagt

Private equity firm 3i, which owns half of carrier Esvagt, has agreed with the company's second owner, AMP Capital, to take over all of Esvagt for GBP 268 million, making 3i the sole owner. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2022.
