Unifeeder's acquisition schedule delayed by Covid-19
Unifeeder's acquisitions of a series of Indian and Dubai-based companies were originally scheduled to be settled before the end of 2020, but the pandemic delayed those processes. "We must be nearing the finish line," CEO Jesper Kristensen tells ShippingWatch, while he says rumored shareholder turmoil is not to blame for the delay.
The dotted lines have been signed and the deals closed between Unifeeder and several Indian and Dubai-based shipping companies.
