CMA CGM skips large French port following "heavy congestion"

Container carrier CMA CGM skips Port of Le Havre, France, on its service connecting Northern Europe with South America and the Caribbean, as congestion in the port has grown too intense. The suspension is the latest in a series of measures implemented by carriers.

The issue with port congestion is now so extensive in Northern Europe that French container carrier CMA CGM has been forced to suspend its service in the Port of Le Havre, France.
