Robert Mærsk Uggla takes over as Maersk chair

Mærsk heir Robert Mærsk Uggla will be new chairman of the board of directors at A.P. Møller-Maersk. Current chair Jim Hagemann Snabe steps down together with vice chair Ane Mærsk Mc-Kinney Uggla.

Maersk Chair Jim Hagemann Snabe will step down when his period terminates with the group’s annual general meeting on March 15, to be replaced by Robert Mærsk Uggla, informs Maersk in announcement.
