Hapag-Lloyd ups guidance by USD 2.5bn

German box carrier Hapag-Lloyd has seen a lot of business in the start of the year, and now upgrades its financial guidance.

Major German container line Hapag-Lloyd upgrades its financial guidance Thursday.

The operations forecast saw a boost by USD 2.5bn in earnings before interest, taxes, depreciations and amortizations (EBITDA) to USD 14.5-16.5bn, while EBIT is seen coming to USD 12.5-14.5bn.
