HMM doubled revenue in Q1

South Korean container line HMM follows the trend of European competitors, which have already presented their first-quarter financials. Revenue doubled in a significant surge.

South Korean container line HMM doubled its revenue in this year’s first quarter, thereby following the steep incline that the container industry at large is currently in.

More precisely, revenue increased by 103% to KRW 4.9trn (USD 3.8bn) in Q1 2022 compared to KRW 2.4trn in the same quarter of 2021.
