Maersk has been sued by two women in a US court. The women argue that Maersk has failed to take responsibility in cases of rape and sexual harassment. Updated.

Two women have sued Maersk at a New York court charging the container carrier for not having protected them when they were subjected to – respectively – rape and sexual harassment.
