DNB: This is how much Maersk has ready to spend ahead of 2023

DNB has calculated the amount of money figuring in Maersk’s spending budget approaching the middle of 2023, and thus how much capital the company can lay on the table for endeavors such as acquiring logistics firms.

Record result upon record result has hit the books of the world’s second-largest container line.

As Maersk secures its record earnings, the carrier’s spending budget for mergers, acquisitions, and efforts pursuing organic growth has increased. DNB Markets estimates to ShippingWatch that the total amount is probably a triple-digit sum in DKK billions.
