Royal Arctic Line presents H1 deficit

Royal Arctic Line had a deficit in the year’s first six months. It was an expected loss, though, as the Greenlandic carrier has changed its basis port in Denmark and dismissed 80 employees.

The termination of Royal Arctic Line’s operation in Aalborg, Denmark, the dismissal of roughly 80 employees, and the transfer of assets to the Port of Aarhus, Denmark, have cost the carrier DKK 27m (USD 3.6m), according to the company’s H1 report.
