US shipper highly displeased with Maersk in new complaint to FMC

US furniture importer OJ Commerce (OJC) has filed a complaint to the Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) about Maersk subsidiary Hamburg Süd, which is accused of contract violation, retaliation and manipulation of the container market.
