MSC to pay reparations to furniture maker in the US

Despite several warnings, MSC has failed to provide necessary documents in a pending complaint case, prompting FMC to issue a ”default decision” in favor of complainant. MSC will appeal the decision. Updated.

The world’s largest box carrier, MSC, is ordered to pay reparations plus interests in a ruling issued by the Federal Maritime Commission (FMC). The complaint was filed by US furniture maker MCS Industries.
