Consortium completes acquisition of Seaspan owner
Atlas Corp., which is behind world-leading shipowner Seaspan, has been sold to a consortium that includes container liner ONE.

The sales process of Seaspan owner Atlas Corp. has been completed, with consortium Poseidon Acquisition Corp. acquiring the company for USD 10.9bn, according to a press release.
