Grimaldi receives the industry's first deep-sea ConRo ship in six years

Vessels that can to transport containers as well as freight and passenger vehicles have become a rare sight – but now comes the first delivery of a so-called deep sea ConRo ship since 2017. Updated.

Italy’s Grimaldi has just received a vessel that is capable of carrying both containers and rolling cargo such as trucks and other vehicles on deep sea voyages – a so-called ConRo vessel.
