Hapag-Lloyd confirms the carrier is taken off HMM shortlist

After days of speculation, it is now official that the German container carrier is out of the race to buy 40 percent of Korean rival HMM.

South Korean HMM won’t have German owners among its shareholders. At least not at the moment and as part of the divestment of 40 percent of the shares of the Korean competitor.
