German carrier receives two box ships as part of major fleet modernization

Briese Schiffahrt in Northern Germany is undergoing a comprehensive modernization of its fleet of container ships and vessels for large and heavy cargo.

German shipping company Briese Schiffahrt has taken delivery of two smaller container vessels in a series of 12 modern feeder vessels that will replace the company’s current feeder fleet built in the years 2004-2010.
