Cosco upgrades newbuild order with methanol engines
The Chinese container liner has decided to upgrade four newbuilds with engines that can also sail on methanol.
Cosco is adding methanol engines to a number of container ships already on order and under construction, according to a stock exchange announcement from the Chinese state-owned shipping group.
