Danica Pension invests USD 73.1 million in Unifeeder

The major Danish pension company has made a deal with private equity fund Nordic Capital to acquire shares in Unifeeder for USD 73.1 million. This represents Danica's first big direct investment in a Danish company.

In its first major direct investment in a Danish company, Danica has decided to invest USD 73.1 million in shares in Unifeeder. The deal has been made with the carrier's current owner, equity fund Nordic Capital.
