CMA CGM: Quick P3 alternative was necessary

CMA CGM did not have any choice but to find an alternative to the P3 alliance as quickly as possible, says the carrier's head of East-West traffic, Nicholas Sartini, in an interview with ShippingWatch.

Things did not result in a pan-European alliance for the major French container carrier CMA CGM when the Chinese, prior to the summer holiday season, put an abrupt end to the P3 alliance with Danish Maersk Line and Swiss MSC.
