Alphaliner: Israel's Zim could join the 2M alliance

Analysts Alphaliner reports that Israeli container carrier Zim is allegedly in talks with 2M for a possible expansion of the major container alliance. Maersk Line declines to comment when approached by ShippingWatch.

It came as somewhat of a surprise to many observers and stakeholders when it emerged last week that Hyundai Merchant Marine (HMM) is negotiating for a possible place in the 2M alliance.
