Hanjin crew allowed to disembark in the US

The crew on board the Hanjin Seattle has been allowed shore leave after the container ship called in Seattle in the US. The US authorities thus seem to now be allowing seafarers on board stranded Hanjin vessels to disembark in the country.

The crew on a stranded Hanjin vessel has been granted shore leave in the Port of Seattle in the US.

International Transport Workers’ Federation (ITF) informs in a statement that the US authorities allowed the crew of the Hanjin Seattle to disembark when the ship called in the port.
