Japan's K Line suspect in new cartel case

Competition authorities in Australia have, according to several media, launched a cartel case against K Line related to price arrangements for car transports. Other possible participants are being investigated.

Japanese carrier K Line has been sued by the Australian competition authorities for illegal cartel activities related to transport of cars and other vehicles. Several media report that the first court hearing took place on Tuesday.
