Hanjin Shipping will be declared bankrupt on Feb 17

The collapsed container carrier has been under court receivership since August 2016, but on Feb. 17 the company will be declared bankrupt, according to the court in Seoul.

The Seoul Central District Court on Thursday announced that it will lift Hanjin Shipping's receivership, enabling the container carrier to be declared bankrupt on Feb. 17, report several media.
