Media: Doubts about Qatar's commitment to Hapag-Lloyd merger

Reuters reports that the German container carrier Hapag-Lloyd is worried about major shareholder Qatar's long-term commitment after the merger with carrier UASC.

The preparations for the planned merger between Hapag-Lloyd and United Arab Shipping Company (UASC) have revealed serious concerns from German side about whether Qatar, majority shareholder in UASC, is planning to reduce its stake in the group once the merger is settled, reports  Reuters citing unnamed sources.
