Alphaliner increases growth forecast for container after strong Q1

Analyst firm Alphaliner upgrades its growth forecast for the full year 2017 and now expects a bigger growth in container freight than last year following a strong first quarter.

There will be more activity in container transport on the world seas this year than previously expected, projects analyst firm Alphaliner, which has reviewed the traffic figures for the first quarter and subsequently updated its forecast for the full year.
