Japanese carriers could have strong case to appeal South African rejection

The three Japanese carriers NYK, Mitsui O.S.K. Line (MOL), and K Line, which from April 2018 plan to merge their container activities into the alliance named Ocean Network Express, will likely have strong grounds for an appeal when they – likely – file to have the rejection in South Africa reversed.
