Analysts divided: Was OOCL a good bargain?

The Chinese container carrier Cosco has bid USD 6.3 billion for Orient Overseas, giving rise to the world's largest container carrier on the services from Asia to North America. However, analysts do not agree as to whether this is a bargain deal.
