Hamburg Süd to dismiss over 100 employees

Maersk is moving jobs from Hamburg to Copenhagen as part of its Hamburg Süd takeover, after employees have long been concerned about layoffs.

Approximately 130 employees, or every tenth employee at Hamburg Süd's headquarters in Hamburg will lose their jobs after Maersk took over the container carrier from the German Oetker family.
