Skuld insures both vessels in tanker collision

Norwegian insurance company Skuld provides hull insurance for the tanker Sanchi, which is still burning after three days, but Skuld only holds 15 percent of the hull value, says CEO Ståle Hansen to Norwegian news agency NTB.

Norwegian maritime insurer Skuld is the provider of hull insurance for burning tanker Sanchi and provides liability insurance for the bulk vessel CF Crystal which collided with Sanchi on Saturday evening, Jan. 6 in the East China Sea, reports Norwegian news bureau NTB, according to Dagens Næringsliv.
