Half of Maersk Tankers' future leadership should be women

Three groups of talent have caught Maersk Tankers' attention. Women are particularly difficult to get through the door, says Chief HR Officer Prakash Thangachan in an interview with ShippingWatch regarding the carrier's strategy to hire the right people.

There is a clear ambition at Maersk Tankers. In the future, the gender distribution at managerial level should be like every where else in society – fifty-fifty.
