Hafnia Tankers and BW Tankers reveal details of merger

The two tanker shipping companies have agreed on a merger. Hafnia Tankers' shareholders will vote on the agreement at general assembly in January, according to a notice which reveals more details about the transaction. The new company will pursue a listing on a bigger exchange.
