DHT CEO takes a jab at scrubber critics

Opponents of scrubbers are divided into two camps, says one of DHT's two CEOs. Those who do not have the funds to invest in them, and those who arrived at the party too late.

CEO of tanker carrier DHT Holdings, which has invested heavily in scrubbers, has now taken a jab at the critics, after the debate on both the financial and environmental viability of the technology has intensified recently.

Several opponents, such as Euronav's CEO Paddy Rodgers, claim that the technology fails on both parameters.
