Media: Three EU countries support UK naval mission

Italy, France and Denmark have allegedly told the UK that they are prepared to support the idea of a UK naval mission in the Strait of Hormuz, writes news agency Reuters. Updated.

Three European countries have allegedly voiced initial support of a British-led naval mission in the Strait of Hormuz.

News agency Reuters writes, based on anonymous sources, that the UK aired the idea at a meeting in Brussels in order to determine whether other European countries would support it.
