Iran warns Brazil over stranded ship barred from refueling

At least two Iranian vessels are stranded in Brazil as international sanctions do not allow the vessels to be refueled. Iran threatens to cut all imports from Brazil in retaliation, claiming it can easily find new suppliers.

Iran has threatened to cut its imports from Brazil unless it allows the refueling of at least two Iranian ships stranded off the Brazilian coast, a sign of the global repercussions of US sanctions on the Islamic Republic.
