A former IT and telecommunications entrepreneur has made it a business to keep an eye on tanker vessels trying to dodge the radar in order to conduct dubious oil trades. "It's amazing how non-stop it is," says the man behind TankerTrackers.com, Samir Madani, who is often accused of working for intelligence services.
