Maersk Tankers confirms that it is in negotiations with Malaysian shipping company AET to acquire seven chemical tankers. Vessels Value estimates the market value to be USD 140 million.

Maerks Tankers is in negotiations with a Malaysian shipping company to acquire seven chemical tankers, confirms the tanker company in an email to ShippingWatch after several industry media reported on the story Wednesday.
