BW LPG sells its way out of ship class

Gas carrier BW LPG's fleet now consists exclusively of VLGCs after the company has sold two vessels of another class.

After divesting two vessels, gas shipping company BW LPG now has a focused fleet exclusively consisting of very large gas carriers, VLGCs.

The company, headed by CEO Martin Ackermann, has just entered an agreement to sell its two remaining ships in the fleet belonging to the smaller ship class of large gas carriers, LGCs.
