MPC buys stake in German tanker company
MPC Capital acquires half of a German tanker operator. The strategic acquisition is largely attributable to the upcoming sulfur regulations and increased interest from institutional investors, says the managing director.
Investment company MPC Capital, best known in shipping for its ownership of MPC Container Ships, acquires 50 percent of German tanker operator Albis Shipping & Transport, reports MPC Capital in a press release.
