Hafnia approved for transfer to Oslo Stock Exchange

The Oslo Stock Exchange has approved Hafnia's stock for listing on the main exchange.

Hafnia has received approval for transferring its listing to the Oslo Stock Exchange, the latter reveals in a statement.

Hafnia is currently listed on the smaller stock exchange Oslo Axess and last week applied to transfer to the main exchange. The move occurs at a time when the tanker market has risen at a record pace, while the oil price sees major fluctuations and has dropped markedly.

3i buys AMP out of Esvagt

Private equity firm 3i, which owns half of carrier Esvagt, has agreed with the company's second owner, AMP Capital, to take over all of Esvagt for GBP 268 million, making 3i the sole owner. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2022.
