BW Group open to selling stake in DHT

Singapore-based BW Group is open to selling its remaining shares in tanker operator DHT Holdings after the group has continually been divesting its shares in the shipping line since the fall.

Andreas Sohmen-Pao's BW Group could be on its way to selling its stake in tanker shipping company DHT Holdings.

BW Group became a major shareholder in DHT Holdings when it sold its fleet of supertankers to the carrier back in 2017. That happened right in front of John Fredriksen's operator Frontline, which had otherwise been prepared to acquire all of DHT.
