The Höegh family and funds under Morgan Stanley received the necessary votes to acquire all stocks in Höegh LNG and now delists the gas carrier from the Oslo Stock Exchange.

Previously this month, news broke of the Höegh family's plan to delist the gas carrier from stock exchange.
