Zeronorth, owned by founder Maersk Tankers and Cargill, acquires a company to add data to the maritime technology company's digital solution and boost revenue.

Maritime technology company Zeronorth, owned by founder Maersk Tankers and commodity trader Cargill, expands its business with an acquisition of Propulsion Dynamics.

The purchase of Propulsion Dynamics, founded in 2002, will increase the company's top line by 15 percent, according to a statement.
