Synergy Group takes over Maersk Tankers' technical ship management business
Singapore-based Synergy Group has acquired Maersk Tankers' technical ship management business. That means that 3,300 employees at Maersk Tankers will have a new employer. The technical management of 82 tanker vessels is part of the deal. Updated.
