Shipping family with major Euronav stake opposes Frontline merger

Euronav’s biggest shareholder, Belgian shipping group CMB controlled by the Saverys family, declares its opposition to the announced merger between the tanker carrier and competitor Frontline. According to the major shareholder, the strategy prompts concern over Euronav’s future.
