Hafnia tankers delayed by low water levels in the Panama Canal

There is now a waiting time of up to 20 days to get through the shortcut. According to another tanker company, this is not a bad thing, as it can increase ton-mile demand in the tanker market.

Hafnia, the world’s largest operator of chemical and product tankers, has run into delays in the Panama Canal along with a number of other shipping companies.
